  : The pool, music from the bar and beach bar are the best thing about this resort. The atmosphere at the pool is really nice. The neighbourhood gets really quiet after 11 p.m. Staff is nice. I enjoyed drinking cappuccino with the sea view at the beach bar. A/c is strong, but quiet at the same time.
  : Until 11 p.m there is a party (or a kids party I think) going on in the nearby hotel, it can be heard even with balcony door closed. Food was kind of bland and I didnt like the flavors. I ended up eating salad and olives for dinner every night for 3 days because I didnt like how main dishes taste. Sound insulation is really bad, you can hear neighbours slamming doors. Towels are changed every 3 days. Two sunbeds and umbrella on the beach cost 10 euros per day. Drinks and food at the beach bar/restaurant are a bit pricey having in mind that this is Malia, not Chania.

  : Beautiful place and the location is very good, nice seaside. The staff is friendly.
  : Rooms are dirty, some days they skipped cleaning. At the beginning they promised us to change the towels in every three days, we stayed there a week and they never changed our towels, not once. (I see that the problem is that there are only two cleaners per whole hotel, so they Are very busy all the time and forget things.)The airdryer had only steamingly hot air, so couldn't use that. Shower pressure was very weak, and also very hot or very cold, it changed sometimes without touching. In room we had ants, and If we told it to the staff, we could not get another room, they just gave us a spray to kill ants by ourselves, they told that they will talk to cleaners to clean very carefuly the next day. Next day we went to the room the bed was made and they took the trash out, but leaving dead ants everywhere..so we slept in a room full of ant poison and they didn't even clean it as promised.They had a rule that you can not take your food and drinks to the beach/pool, so you have to buy them from the bar. It was a hot day so we needed something to drink. We went to the bar, bought one bottle of icetea (500ml) and two small icecreams- they charged us 12. Thats a lot for three things.We had poolpansion, so breakfast and dinner in the price. In dinner there were no drinks included and they were expensive to buy. Food seemed like reused, very dry salad, unsalted fries, the food was not tasty and the choice of food were poor and there were no signs, so you have to guess what are you eating. We expected to get a Cretan classical kitchen, as promised, but only thing i found there from the Cretan kitchen was salad and feta. Other things were fries, pasta, meat etc. It all seemed very unclean aswell, we ended up getting somekind of bacteria so the stomach aced many days.
