: - the green concept of the hotel was really nice. Throughout the hotel you are reminded that you can safe water and energy with small things- snacks are provided from 15:00-6:00, and drinks all day long- breakfast buffet was good, a lot of choices of sweet and savoury food and freshly prepared eggs - the team is very nice and helpful, problems were managed in time, taxi or car rental really quick- the room was fine, not to old and not to exciting - towels for the pool are provided up on request by the hotel
: - the pool area could be more inviting, there is no pool bar or similar to just sit there, even though the sitting area in the lobby is nice, a place to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon/day would add a nice touch - the bathroom could use a makeover, especially the shower felt a little old compared to the rest - there is no good parking (but this is more a Mao problem than a hotel thing)

: A lovely welcome and easy check in. The green room complimentary snacks and drinks were a lovely extra.
: I wanted a massage in the spa but the therapist wasn't working even though it was advertised that the devices were available.
