  : Lovely property. Excellent facilities
  : The staff. We had used this hotel regularly in the past and were returning for a friends birthday after a five year break. The previous staff had always been so friendly and welcoming. We arrived just after the bar closed due to flight delays. We had already called ahead to ask for some wine to be put aside for our arrival but they had refused. We did finally manage to get a drink and were told we could sit outside but they wouldnt be putting the lights on. There were containers inside the apartments for tea and coffee satchets. We didnt have anything other than packets of sugar despite there being a kettle and cups to make an early cuppa. When we phoned they just kept referring us to go to restaurant for coffee. Argumentative and rude. Asked to speak to the manager. Told not available. So very disappointing as we had very high expectations of returning to this hotel and reminiscing about past amazing holidays here.

  : pool area was lovely. handy supermarket minutes walk away. Great shuttle service daily to nearby Cal Mesquida which was a highlight of our stay and much appreciated! All the staff without exception were fantastic.
  : There wasn't a bus stop nearby to catch a bus into Mahon. We didn't have a car and loved the beach shuttle. However this was not advertised and we only found out when we asked about getting to the nearest beach at reception. It would be great and very helpful if this was included in the room welcome information. Hotel gave us towels and umbrellas to take to the beach which was a great service but again, unadvertised. This service would be a great selling point for the hotel for people like us who didn't have a car hire if it was publicised.

  : Everything was very nice and well laid out
  : The hotel was a bit far from Mahn itself, making it a bit tricky to pop out. That said, I was travelling solo and keen to explore the centre. For a family or someone with a hire car, this would be a very minor thing.

  : Staff friendly and efficient. Complex well laid out with lifts and level access. Bar breakfast and restaurant spacious and airy. Good selection of refreshments. Breakfast excellent.

  : They had the most wonderful staff of our entire trip to Spain. They were warm, helpful and anticipatory in our needs to make sure we were comfortable! It was amazing!
  : We had a crawling baby/ every time we picked her up her hands and knees were covered in dust and grime. Also it's really far from the center of town with little to no hotel transportation to and from to help guests.
