: The house is impressive. The common areas are accessible to guests at all times, so living for some days in such a remarkable building is a great experience. Staff were extremely helpful with reservations and recommendations. Breakfast was very nice (food and locationwise).
: Our room was smaller than it looked on the web pictures. We booked a double room with patio to be sure that the room would be a bit more spatious, but in the end it was just a normal size room with a little separated terrace that was not particularly appealing. That was a bit disappointing. Even though the overall impression was very good, the price is definitely too expensive for what they offer.

: perfect for a short stay in Mao. Lovely old house, well appointed, and with good breakfast, all very upmarket and stylish.
: Our room was under the roof, so only roof windows and thus no view. So, the other rooms would have been much nicer. The bathroom was really just a cupboard door, again with no window, and you bang your head a lot if you are tall, since the ceiling is low in certain parts of the room. So all good, but just be aware of the slight shortcomings of that particular room 7, under the roof.

: This boutique hotel was really quaint and cozy, the staff and service was great! We had a nice size room, very spacious and comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast, served at the courtyard which was very charming. The hotel was centrally located in a quiet street just minutes away from town center.
: The bathroom we had was quite large and the lighting a bit dim, however as soon as it was addressed the staff at the hotel very efficiently placed a standing lamp and resolved the problem. As this is a small boutique hotel, we had door codes to let ourselves in and out after a certain hour, however that was quite straight forward.
