: The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a balcony. It's equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The location is an exceptional one, just 3-5 mins to the Rynok Square. Also, there is a tiny bonus at the apartment - floor heating.
: There were problems with electricity for several late evenings and nights. However, that's not something related to the apartment and the host itself.

: The location of the apartments is great! You're still in the city center, but on the quiet part on the street. There's also a train stop near from and to the Railway station. The apartments are on the second floor by Ukrainian count. The stairs aren't very hight and quite stable. But if you have a very big luggage you must be careful as it is windy. We weren't met by anyone at the place, but got the keys from the safe locket, which is a plus if you ask me. Our host was always down to help through call or text messaging. The apartments are just right for 4 people. It's big and spacey. Both the bed and the sofa were comfortable to sleep on. There's also a small balcony for 1-2 people to enjoy a nice view on the children playground just outside the apartments.
: The key hole, especially in the second door of the entrance, is quite worn out. For some reason there was no lid for frying pan.
