: Good and convenient location. Clean.
: The payment for the property was requested outside booking, which is absolutely inconvenient considering the absence of the local bank card. You either have to go to the bank to make a payment or find a machine, which accepts payment transfers in a local currency. It is certainly not something I want to do when I am on holiday. The check in policy is complicated considering that it should be a hotel type of the property since marketed on this platform. For example, I was requested to provide two types of identification in order to receive check in details.

: Communication with the owner was very difficult, it took a long time to receive a reply, and they hardly answered on the booking app.

: The apartment is new, modern, the bed is comfortable.
: The communication with the host was horrible. We've informed about the arrival time, but unfortunately we were 5 minutes late. When we appeared at the doors the host said that she didn't have time to wait for us and now we have to wait for her for 15 minutes, In 20 minutes nobody appeared, so we gave her another call and only after this she came to us. all this time we've been waiting outside( it was January). Also, the flat was rather cold, so we had to call the host late at night and ask to do something with the heating.
