  : The well equipped and renovated property offers a charming and unforgettable view on the old town.
  : The property charges a deposit of 100 euros. They ask to give it in cash at check in and refund at the checkout. A great problem if you have no cash. The note about deposit is written in the property description between the lines. I consider that it goes against Booking guidelines on no additional secret payments.

  : we liked the interior design of the room, felt like a Ne w York loft apartment. good to have a washing machine on our travels.
  : We arrived around 10pm the owners had been advised of our ETA. we could not get an answer to the door, eventually one of the occupants was leaving the building and let us in, she was very helpful contacted the owner who said he would be round in 25 minutes. in the meantime we were left in a cold dimly lit hallway that looked like a film set for a horror movie, unable to open the entrance door we were beginning to feel very uneasy, eventually the owner arrived, he asked us to pay for the apartment in cash, would not accept a visa card although your website states they accept this method of payment, wanted to escort us to a cash point to withdraw the cash bearing in mind we didnt know this person we refused and were prepared to leave and find a hotel. we had cash for the damage deposit which we paid but he could not give us a receipt. the owner said he would return the next day at 11am for payment in cash . a woman arrived at 11am to collect cash we refused to part with the money without a receipt, eventually we got to speak to someone who spoke a little English and they sent the receipt via WhatsApp. the building was covered in scaffold and green net spoiling any view, the balcony didn't look very safe and viewed from the street looked as though it could collapse at any moment . our departure was delayed the cleaner arrived without our damage deposit , 25 minutes and 3 phone calls later it was refunded with an apology for the delay

  : Apartment itself is very nice, modern and new , fully equiped. Really nice bathroom. First day we had a problem with hot water, they send a guy to fix it immidiatelly. Conversation via whatsapp. Perfect location, ca 5mins by walk from the city centre.
  : The entrance to the house and the elevator is like from horror movie. We did not use balcony because all facade is under the constuction (11/2021)

  : The apartment's interior is amazing. The location is perfect, too. The view from the balcony is spectacular!
  : The entrance to the building and elevator are old, dark, and dirty. I know, that this is not the responsibility of owners, but consider it during planning your stay.
