  : I stayed two days in Guest House University. At the beginning I was unsure to book a room due to its low rating. However, it exceeded my expections as a guest house. The staff was very responsive and kind to the messages from booking app. Location was more than excellent. Self check-in was super easy (it took literally 30 seconds). The room was clean and big enough for a single person. Although I did not use the kitchen, it looked clean and was equipped very well. The bathroom was big enough and quite clean as well. After the stay, I requested an invoice and they provided in the same day. On top of all, it is one of the cheapest place where you can stay in Lugano.
  : There is nothing I did not like.

  : It was very hot with no air. We had to leave the window open to get a bit of breeze and were kept awake all night with loud traffic.

  : Fridge door was broken as was the ice box door, shower drain was blocked so flooded the floor, kettle was broken too.
