  : The lady is quite nice and gave us good advices. A real pro. The food is exceptional, original, fine, fresh, good quality . Slow food we loved it. The access lane and all garden full of flowers, so romantic. Also the terrace to dine .

  : The location was great - one can easily walk to the Lugano city center and the lake (5 to 10min comfortable walking), there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The line takes you to the central station or the railway station or the lake in no time - public transportation is for free for tourists (in hotels). The most amazing was the restaurant - my husband and I have been travelling many times to Ticcino and Lugano and we are familiar with the cuisine and food. The small restaurant had by far the best food (and affordable by Swiss standards) we have ever had in Lugano. Genuine Ticcino food. All is absolutely fresh and much of the salads and fruits stem from their own garden. The staff (and the owner) are fullblood hospitality people who have been most kind and helpful. The hotel is simple, but rooms are modern and newly rennovated (with good taste). There is a wonderful garden and a swimming pool of about 15metres - very nice place to spend some calm time.
