  : Our stay at this bed and breakfast had some positive aspects. The owners were exceptionally friendly and professional, even helping us with our luggage. The rooms were clean, and we appreciated the available parking space. Breakfast featured delicious local ingredients, including fantastic local bread. The location, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Lugano, was convenient.
  : Cons:However, there were several drawbacks. More than 50% of the room had low ceilings 1.2 meters, leading to frequent head bumps. The shower required sitting due to the low ceiling , which wasn't very comfortable, and the limited space made it inconvenient. The room lacked a low-level night light, making it challenging to navigate at night. The beds were problematic, with one being too soft and the other too hard, causing back pain. The furniture felt cheap and uninviting, and the pillows were too thin. We slept poorly, getting only 1-2 hours of sleep due to uncomfortable beds. The bathroom door was transparent and poorly designed, allowing noise to easily pass through. The property had many stairs with no elevator, and the views of the lake were only partial. Overall, our stay left much to be desired.

  : Good location in a charming little seaside town. I can imagine it would be great for families or couples with a car to discover the beautiful surroundings. Good breakfast. Friendly innkeepers.
  : Tiny details could be improved: instead of individual sachets for the shower gel, a refillable shower gel dispenser could save plastic waste. The breakfast was good but I was missing some fresh veggies to go with the good bread and cheese.

  : Value for money. Staff is ok, properties and room are clean but outdated and the breakfast is poor. The overall value for money is missing.
