  : Amazing location with a perfect sun deck granting private access to the lake. Great room with terrasse and view over the lake for perfect evening apero at sunset !

  : Location is amazing right on the lake, staff were very helpful with everything and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was fine with enough options. There was a lift but some rooms including ours did not have AC although it can be specified.Dinner available at and near the hotel. We took the 30 min lakeside stroll from the hotel to the unassuming but excellent Trattoria al Lago in Bissone.If you have an electric car there is a 10 stall 125kw Tesla Supercharger open to non Teslas and another public charger within 5 mins drive of the Hotel Riviera
  : Normally rooms without AC would have ceiling fans but ours was not working. They did provide a floor standing replacement without being asked so not a big deal.There is no or limited parking at hotel but there was a nearby public car park and the hotel gives you a pass for a deposit. This may be trickier at high season.Pool is more like a large hot tub but is right by the lake

  : The staff are just wonderful, they are very helpful and so kind. I really liked themThe lake view was so good that makes you stay in the room forever to be honest. I really really liked it
  : To be frank, the property is so overpriced for a room without any basic rooms equipments. You pay so much and then you get a room with no A/C, mini bar, king bed or queen bed ( I came with my wife and it was 2 sticked twins bed and it was really uncomfortable), free parking ( I wouldnt mind to pay 5 CHF a day for parking if I get a comfortable room but neither of them is not good) Finally, I paid extra money on my reservation to get a breakfast included offer and the breakfast was really just few options and if you want to have fried egg or scrambled egg you have to pay extra money
