  : Not informed about building work, very very noisey. Very loud noises from the kitchen area under our window, sounded like a disturbance for quite some time. Dog faeces in the carpark. No lamps in bedroom. Nearly all tables set up for diners. Snug area uninvitingunless you had a dog! Had to have breakfast in the annex which was also utilised by non residents. Did not expect to eat breakfast with so many smelly dogs in the dining area. Expensive for drinks. Stayed here twice before and this third visit will be our last! Not impressed at all.

  : Super comfortable bed, lovely room, huge and stylish bathroom - all beautifully decorated. Staff and facilities excellent.Food (we had dinner and breakfast) was also excellent. Lovely staff.
  : Only suggestion would be for a chair in bedroom

  : The room is stunning ( The D'Arcy suite) and it's only 3 miles from Bamburgh where the rooms are much more expensive. Lucker is a beautiful village. Food is excellent. The signature apple dessert is without doubt one of the best I've ever tasted. Breakfast outstanding as was the service.
  : I rang night previously saying that we were staying and asked for table to be told and unequivocally no! but thankfully Lyndsey the manager responded to my email on the day of our visit and rand me and said they'd work out how to get us in and they did so it was rectified.Still eating starter when main course came, just a little more awareness from staff on where we were as we're not ones for troughing through a meal and don't want it over in a heartbeat.This is not a criticism but that would have made this stay and 11 out of 10.Well done Apple Inn
