  : Room was in a great location in the centre of Lucca. The bed was big and very comfortable. Check in was easy with all information provided before we arrived. There are no staff and so its a self check in. Lots of info sent by Giulia via WhatsApp before we arrived.
  : The room doesnt have a mirror which makes getting ready very difficult. There is space on the walls that a mirror would fit in nicely to make the room function better. There is a mirror in the bathroom but thats not suitable to use when doing hair and makeup to go out for dinner after having a shower as its all steamed up. The shower leaks at the bottom and so the floor ends up soaking wet.

  : Air conditioning did not work for the 3 days we stayed. Had to keep the window open and the street noise kept us up until 3am. Property said they couldnt find anyone to fix it. Broken shelf in shower. Ask for a discount, didnt get one.

  : The chalet is at the heart of Lucca city, just 1 minute from the beautiful Piazza dellAnfiteatro. The room is spacious and clean and the bathtub in the room really worth it. The staff is very kind and always available
  : The only flaw is that there is very little space to put clothes and other items both in the room and bathroom.

  : I liked the coffee machine.
  : The room had no chair to sit on - i.e. a chair with a back - so I could do no work while there. The internet did not work at all, nor did the TV. They claimed they had been constant problems with the internet, but that is not helpful to someone who needs an internet connection for work... and there is none for the two days they are there. I notice they never suggest a rebate for the lack of service which i paid for. Booking.com should institute some penalty for lack of service that weas paid for.

  : We loved the location of this chalet. It was central to everything even a laundrette! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Lucca is such a beautiful place, most tourists only spend a few hours here. We had 5 days and it was one of our favourite places in our 6 week trip. The food in Lucca is amazing and so easy to get around. Hosts communicated very promptly and were excellent.
