  : Location and friendly host
  : Make sure you get a photo of the bathroom that you will have access to - there is one bathroom where the shower has been installed right next to to the toilet and the radiator - the space is barely 30cm wide with no shower tray or proper screen. I did not feel safe running water ontop of a radiator and it felt unhygenic to be standing. The common room that has snacks / kettle does not have running water or mugs.

  : Great location. No bathroom en-suite but our own bathroom two steps away. Lovely and clean. Perfect.

  : Loved the warm welcome by the host & location in the heart of Lucca. The rooms were spacious and clean
  : We had room on the street side, it was a very hot night & we had to open the window - the fan did not cool enough & there was a lot of noise.

  : We had a lovely stay in this guest house! The owners / staff were so helpful and kind!! The room was clean and spacious, we also had a good bathroom. There was a shared kitchen with some equipment and coffee / tea etc. The location was also great, we were at the busy areas of the city centre in no-time. We would definitely recommend!!!

  : Location is amazing, right in the heart of Lucca. Building is old but it has a soul. Value is very reasonable.
  : Some items like doors could use a renovation in upcoming time.

  : Poor plug connection for wi fi.... had to use plug point for hairdryer in bathroom for proper connection..but really this is a minor issue !

  : The host allowed me to drop my luggage off before check - in. Explain which keys unlocked which door. I feel Lucca is a very safe city. The two door lock system, gave me greater, comfort since were I come from it is not as safe.
  : When staying at this B&B, remember Lucca is city with many opened aired concerts and acts. Close your windows before going to bed or you may wake up to the sound of laughter or music.
