  : Clean, spacious and quiet with basic amenities in place (will need to go out and buy milk, eggs etc straight away) Felt safe and there is a nice communal garden; we liked the balcony especially Comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms with lots of spare bedding and towels at hand Well located - a well stocked grocery shop right across the road and easy access to busses, train and tube stations. Town centre and Greenwich market easy 10-15 minute walk
  : Parking is a big problem. Our car had to be parked a 7 min drive away and with kids this was a hassle. There is 4 hour paid parking on the street but that doesn't suit when you're a tourist. Most places we have stayed in start you off with some basic supplies..even just milk would be good! Toilet paper...a small thing but literally the worst quality you can find The person who greeted us for unfortunately clueless about any of our questions...would be helpful to have someone who would tell us a bit more about parking etc. We asked if we could check out at 11 instead of 10 as we have a small baby so getting our acts together in the morning can be tricky. I appreciate that this is not always possible but replying at 10.01 to say that we have to check out at 10 isn’t particularly helpful!
