  : I booked a while ago and reviews at the time were mentioning grumpy and rude check in. All changed now and we were warmly welcomed and our two bags were carried upstairs to our room for us. Room spacious and had a sink and a fridge. Continental breakfast supplied which was adequate. One other room occupied (there's only 3) so shared bathroom no problem. Nice pizza downstairs.
  : There are 2 flights of stairs, just saying. Room a little bit hot and a little bit of road noise but both bearable. Price is fair and we would stay again

  : Lovely little room. A few minutes walk from a dlr station, buses and water taxis but in a fairly quiet location. The pub downstairs is very welcoming. The bathroom on the floor isn only shared by very few rooms and it's clean and has a lovely bath and shower in it. A fantastic value option for the O2.
  : For the money paid, nothing! It's a shared bathroom but they can't do anything about that!

  : The room I was in was beautiful the double bed room
  : The TV was broken I was worried to touch it incase it snapped, the fridge had left over food in it and the drawers had too so it made me question how clean that room actually was due to lack of looking in very obvious places. There was no hot water for a shower and I wasn't pre warned about it either so when I stepped in for a shower and was hit with ice cold water that just didint change I was mortified, it was hot hot weather too and I needed to wash off that day but ended up heating the kettle and having a cloth wash which isn't on. Also for the drinks you get in your room there was next to nothing no tea, no hot chocolate not even milk packets to have with your coffee in the morning. It was such a shame I couldn't enjoy my stay the way I wanted to.

  : Bed comfy, staff really nice and welcoming and gave lots of recommendations. Room was a good size and had a nice lamp that gave a nice atmosphere. Facilities are old so no surprise previous travellers confuse old with dirty... Overall room and bathroom felt clean. Will definitely return.
  : No bin to put rubbish and carpet had stains that makes it look unclean. Loud outside even with Windows closed and earplugs. Doors don't have a stop to prevent them from slamming and night time loud used bottle noises outside.
