  : Clean and tidy room. Friendy staff and really good coffee in breakfast/lounge area. Neighborhood was quite safety and not very noicy at night time. Nearest train station is not far away.
  : Hotel is little bit far away from centre but this didn't bother us because we knew it already. The room was really really small and it surprised us because there was no photo of this kind of room. Noice from the hallway can be heard very well in the room.

  : The location, near Peckham Levels.I don't mind key-coded entry and no staff present most of the time.The shower was good.
  : My room was literally 6" wider than my bed. There was no space for anything else. My walls were paper thin and my neighbour's snoring kept me awake.The blinds were inadequate and let the morning light in. Shampoo and body wash in plastic sachets.The 'breakfast' wasn't worthy of the name. They get away with it because there's so few hotels in the area.

  : Nicely presented, clean, very helpful and friendly staff and perfect location for my requirements.
  : Room 5 was on the ground floor and quite noisy near the main entrance. I moved ( I needed to book an extra night) and the second room - room 23 was lovely and much quieter.

  : The bed was very comfortable
  : After a complicated self check-in process, a hotel staff member walked into my room without knocking! She let out a loud shriek of surprise and instead of apologizing, she said that no-one had checked into this room yet and that she had come in to get something. When I mentioned that I had indeed followed all the instructions and was, evidently, checked in, and what did she need, she grumpily said never mind and walked away. So I closed the door and found I could not lock the door! The deadbolt was misaligned and they suggested I just put the do not disturb sign on the outside. This left me feeling quite unsafe. The room was tiny, either barely any room to move. The shower stall floor was uneven and buckled. The room was facing a noisy road and pub. On the plus side the bed was comfy, it was clean.

  : We had breakfast 1 time and it was fine. Free coffee all day
  : The room was terrible. We order a standard double room for 3 nights. We were on a 16 day day trip and London the first stop. I have been in small rooms but this room has the orize fir the smallest. Smaller than all single rooms I have stayed in and this was supposed to accommodate 2 people is a joke. The double bed was small and so soft you sank down. I had to crawl over my husband to get in and our of bed. No place to put suitcases, we had 2 hangers to hang overcoats etc over the desk. No hooks to hang anything. Uf one if us wanted to open a suutcase the other person had to stay in bed or leave the room because an open suitcase took all the extra floorspace. The room was clean but worn, paint chips all over. Needed a nice paint job. The bathroom was cute, newly redone it seemed. Nice shower but nowhere to put anything. Could have been a self fir toiletries.
