  : The location is good, close to Tower Bridge. The apartment is situated in a relatively new building with a nice interior garden. From the apartment we could see Thames, a part of London skyline and the higher part of Tower Bridge. The apartment has two bathrooms and a kitchen, which is nice. The kitchen is equipped, but keep in mind that you need to buy oil and salt if you want to cook something. There's a supermarket close by. The staff responded promptly at the messages.
  : TL;DR: key pickup can be problematic and luggage after checkout is not possible The key pickup process is easy, but you have a specific interval when you can pick up the keys, more specifically the opening hours of a local supermarket. If you arrive late and the store is closed you remain locked out for the first night. Fortunately that wasn't the case for us, but we reached the pickup location 30 minutes before closing because our plane landed late, so the process was very stressful. I would suggest using a pickup box in the future, so the key pickup can take place at any hour. Also keeping the luggage at the location after checkout is not possible, so keep that in mind.
