  : Location and comfort for a short stay in central London. Waking distance to London Bridge and Guys hospital. Comfortable beds. Ive been only for one night, 7 hours to be more precise.
  : My flight was delayed and I arrived the hotel at 23:20. The person staff was really rude and unwelcoming. When I arrived by taxi, I couldnt get it where was the main entrance, this guy was sitting inside the bar drinking and chatting with a friend, avoiding looking at me, I spite of I tried to attract his attention. Lastly I phoned him, he answered me while looking to other side and told me the check in was until 23:00. Ive told him, im looking at you through the window, he answered I know! Lastly he opened the door and was very rude and angry cause I came late. I told him my flight was late, he answer again with the arrogance its not my problem . Then when I asked him, are you upset cause Im here? He said, you should be pleased cause I let you go in! I downloaded even screenshots when I called him just to show the time! I travel so many time, I never get this arrogance and non welcoming reception from a hotel manager or personal. Very unprofessional, non friendly person. I dont know if I would recommend this place to myself or my close friends.

  : Shared tea and coffee facilities - put one in each room. No heating in room on day I stayed. Shared bathroom not the cleanest.

  : Very friendly staff. There's a pub downstairs with a really nice vibe and you can't hear any noise when the door to your room is closed. One full bathroom and one separate toilet per floor, with only 2 rooms on our floor.
