: Everything was excellent. The little town is nearby, you could reach by foot or by car. There are several restaurants, shops in Lixouri city or you could take ferry to capital Argostolion. More likely you need a car or bike if you want to reach other when Paralia Lepeda beach.

: We received a WhatsApp message from Manos as the plane landed and kept in touch with during our journey to the property. Once we arrived Manos met us with the keys and guided us through the property.

: The building is new, the design is modern, the decor is tasteful and the Villa is spotless. The shutters and aircon were brilliant in this summer heat. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 and the basement was nice and cool. The option of twin beds would have been welcomed but we used the sofa bed.The view from both balconies was to die for and Monos is a friendly host! We were welcomed in person with a huge bowl of fruit, water, wine and olive oil.It is a small walk away from the bustling, pretty Lixouri square and harbour. We really enjoyed our stay.
: I had expected a private pool but it was shared between 3 villas which was slightly disappointing but still lovely. On closer examination, the booking didnt say Private or shared, I could have checked beforehand to be sure before booking but assumed wrongly from the photographs the Villa that we had been given.

: Modern and well equipped property , furnished to a good standard. Fabulous view , private pool and spacious, covered outdoor living/dining area. Friendly, helpful staff , and regular cleaning. Air conditioning great, and much needed. Access to large shared pool. Just 10 minutes walk to town, main square and sea front. Well located to explore the area.
: 3rd bedroom was not a full bedroom, but just a balcony space above the lounge area. This lacked privacy, and couldnt be protected from the light from a large high window. Shared pool had to be accessed by walking out of the house and through the parking areas in front of the 5 villas. Not far, but could do with steps down from rear of property to the adjacent shared pool area. Limited indoor seating if you needed to get away from the heat - just a 3 person sofa in accommodation for up to 5.
