  : The villa is set in a very quiet location with stunning views. It is spotlessly clean and although we didnt meet the host in person (due to Covid), he was super helpful. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us. The outside area is amazing with a good size pool and large sheltered bbq area. A car is essential. Lixouri is the nearest town (about a 12/15 min drive) with lots of nice restaurants and Xi beach has some great beachside restaurants as well as water sport facilities.

  : - No blinds or blackout curtains. It was very bright in the rooms and difficult to sleep. Its a very big minus for me- The bathroom and kitchen need updating- The house is suitable for max 4 people in my view

  : Beautiful Villa, lovely setting and pool. Plenty of areas to sit and relax. The Barbecue area is spacious and comfy. The balcony has some pretty views.
  : The shower was a little problematic and datedIf the trees were landscaped/trimmed, the views to the sea would be enhanced from the balcony..

  : The stone masons of Kefalonia are alive and well :) This villa has some of the best stone work you will find anywhere in the world.......10/10 well done to them (sorry its a man thing). Lovely rural setting a short drive from a quiet pretty natural beach. Very well laid out landscaped gardens with lots of different places to sit and enjoy the sun. Lovely big Smart TV so you can log in to your own Prime or Netflix account and watch English language films whilst away.......perfect ! Beautiful sunsets from the large 1st floor balcony.
  : Would have been better with 2 bathrooms (none upstairs) and its a bit odd with the bathroom off the kitchen (which as a result wouldn't pass building regs in the UK).........just an odd design which perhaps should have been changed at the design phase of the villa.

  : The outdoor space was great, and facilities inside the villa were perfect for what we needed.
  : Location was a little out of the way and not many facilities nearby. We were slightly out of season so no tavernas were open nearby etc.

  : Really lovely villa and it lived up to the photos. Great pool, really nice barbecue area and a generally very well appointed villa. We really appreciated having the washing machine, which meant we could freshen up our pool towels and clothes. The host was really discreet, but also very responsive with any questions or issues we had and our couple of queries were sorted really quickly. Location is nice, an easy five minute stroll to a taverna down the road, short drive to a small beach and easy to drive to a supermarket and into Lixouri. There's also a couple of mini-markets in the main village a few minutes drive away. We realised later in the holiday, but when you've flown into Argostoli, it's much quicker to take the ferry to Lixouri than to drive all the way to the villa - it's really easy to use and they're about every half hour every day during the summer months, costs 9Euro.
  : The bed mattress was really hard, a bit like sleeping on a board! That being said we slept well every night, so it wouldn't be a deal-breaker for a return visit.
