  : The room was very clean & perfectly suited to our needs. Towels & beds were changed frequently & the floor swept/washing up done. The balcony offered a great view & we were able to eat & relax there. The pool was lovely: cool & hygienic with comfortable sun beds surrounding it. The pretty apartment block, gardens & pool felt calm & peaceful, with beautiful swallows diving towards the pool for a drink. The owners & family (that live on-site) were very kind, friendly & helpful. The apartments are a 15 minute gentle walk into the centre of Lixouri.
  : The only negative comment that I can offer is that as this is a small, quiet site, the arrival of a large, noisy Dutch family of 6 adults/older teenagers & 1 child, unfortunately had the effect of entirely ruining the peaceful ambience of our stay. They took 3 apartments & proceeded to dive bomb the pool, shriek & shout, belch loudly (& often) & monopolise the beds around the pool so that others had nowhere to sit. It's a fairly small pool & doesn't accommodate ball games without becoming a no-go zone for everyone else. A grouping of this size is probably not appropriate for a holiday location like Aspasia, but understandably, they probably require the income.

  : Property was around a 15-20 min walk from the town and ferry port. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean, the host Aspasia was very friendly and welcoming, the pool and views from the apartment were lovely and the aircon worked well. There were enough utensils to cook a meal if you did not want to go out, we would definitely return again if we were in the area
  : Nothing, you would find it hard to find anything to complain about

  : The location was about 10 minutes walk from the town and was in a quiet location. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious with a nice balcony. The pool was a good size and everything was spotless.
  : The beds were a little hard and the shower was not attached very securely.

  : We had a lovely welcome from the staff, very welcoming and friendly. The pool was nice and clean the room was clean and the view was lovely from the top floor.
  : Was a shame that it seems like it's in the middle of a trading estate which is not mentioned online when booking, glad to be on top floor with further out views. Would of been a long walk to the centre luckily we had a car. No welcome pack provided no coffee or tea

  : The apartment had the bonus of a pool which I used every day. Facilities in the studio were excellent for my needs, with a coffee maker and good shower. Because the studios are on a hill a little outside Lixouri there are views across fields to the town..
  : It is a 15 minute gentle walk into LIxouri centre and although good directions were given it is worth studying these before trying to find the studios.
