  : Comfortable bed, good towels. Good bathroom but very small sink. young man receptionist for hotel entry very nice and helpful.
  : Bars at bedroom window. Window looking onto brick wall. Television not working. No Internet . Lightbulb out on bed head. Wardrobe blocked because of single bed in front of it,so no access. Bar staff overworked bad tempered non helpful. Items on their wine list not available.Evening g food arc 8pm no food available. Eventually we left and found a very nice bistro 10 minutes walk away.

  : Our room was clean and spacious, with a selection of fresh towels.The hotel is situated n a historic, quiet neighbourhood with the car park straight across the road. The narrow road makes the jaunt with bags from car to entrance, very short. This car park even has facilities for ev charging!Breakfast was served promptly, with lovely runny eggs and refillable drinks? I question this as i had two fresh orange juice (the second being a large glass) but the price was the same, and we had a pot of tea included all for the one advertised price! If this is the standard, it was so nice to not have the surprise of lots of extras added onto the price when you go to pay!
  : Just a couple of issues, possibly irrelevant to some…we were going to a concert and so needed to get ready…two ladies…only one mirror and the plug sockets where no where near so it was a good job i took my own mirror. Also, there was only two plug sockets, that we could find, which facilitated the kettle as well.One thing that may be a serious issue for some guests was the very noisy water tank? We guessed it was this as the sound was triggered when flushing the toilet, and possibly the neighbouring rooms toilet?? It did not disturb us but i guess the potential is there and it may distress small children. I did not ask whether this sound was isolated to that room only, so it may be something to enquire.

  : Staff were lovely.....location superb....
  : Tired decor...needs a refresh....basic cleaning of tables in the bar and the backs of seats not being done.Sticky tables when your eating isnt good enough....little touches like wiping after every seating is basic hygiene.
