  : Location was brilliant lark lane is 30 seconds away, price was good for location
  : Kitchen sides not cleaned properly, the whole place hasn't had a good clean in quite a while, skirting filthy, top of pictures in bedrooms thick.with dust, someone's trousers and t shirt in the wardrobe, radiator hanging off the bathroom wall, bathroom sink plug faulty, had to move chest of drawers in front of a small cupboard which has electric fuses in so my daughter couldnt open it, this place could be so much better by doing basic maintenance it's a shame as the location is brilliant, let's hope the scaffolding on the building is the start of sorting the place out

  : Lovely spacious apartment. In a great location - lots on the doorstep even with it being an 8 minute drive from the centre of Liverpool. Would deffo stay again! Thanks for having us :)
  : The cutlery...which sounds like a strange one, but there were only 3 forks and 2 proper tablespoons, so when we had breakfast each morning, we couldn't all eat together.

  : lovely and spacious ground floor apartment. clean bedding, towels and refreshments were supplied.
  : the property has an extremely noisy ceiling. As the residents above the property moved around their floorboards squeaked incessantly, and they were up every night until around 2am. it sounds like a weird complaint, but the creaking, squeaking floorboards are very loud and prevent you from being able to sleep. also there is still a mild smell of cigarette smoke from the previous occupants of the property. the decorating job is a little under par, there is a chunk of wood holding up the sink basin, a few cracked tiles in the kitchen and the boiler is old and temperamental.

  : The host was very easy to contact. The keys were easy to find and the apartment was a great size with great facilities
  : The heating was on the whole time and the apartment was very very hot. I didnt want to tamper with the boiler or keep asking the host so we just manually turned all the radiators down and opened the windows
