  : The owner was kind and make it really simple to check in. Internet works good and the property is located near the tram and bus. Near Alfama neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped and there are stores nearby to buy food or eat. We were a couple and a kid and were very comfortable.
  : There was a funny smell sometimes, it did not bother us.

  : Clean, easy to check in. Different little convenient stores around. Really nice of the host to offer a little bottle of red wine and prosciutto .
  : Situated on a small street like most of streets in Lisbon, a little stressed to find a parking at first, but when we get used to the neighborhood, it's easier. Everything is mall, but still convenient.

  : We stayed in Chewbacca, which was a clean, quirky and very well equipped apartment. Great location as well for our first visit to Lisbon - easy to get to both the metro and bus services, (bus stop is right outside!). Good security and very quiet. Luis is an outstanding host: very proactive and easy to contact. We would heartily recommend staying here!
  : Nothing really - the apartment completely served our needs during our time in Lisbon!

  : We chose this apartment because my son is a fan of star wars, but unfortunately it was a terrible stay! We arrived from the airport at 1 in the morning, we knew we could find a parking space, I showered and went to sleep... but I got up because my stomach itched... when I touched it I realized that a tick was biting me... I removed and still sent a video to Luis who was always attentive.. he promised a discount that did not reach my bank after 20 days.. I tried to think positive and said: well, it better happen to me and not to my family than they have allergy problems.. we went to Lisbon and when I came back I wanted to take a shower.. but surprise I wasn't alone.. now there was a huge cockroach in the shower.. there I was totally disappointed.. I had to kill the cockroach, catch it and throw it away again I took a photo and sent it to him... he sent me screenshots of the booking return but the money never came again... it's really a shame and a shame that these things happpen whit a Apartment whit a high cleanliness score.. I didn't want to write this vote.. but now I'm really angry to remember the experience, the lies of the return of the money that never came and to pay for the 3 injections for the ticks.

  : Location and size of the apartment. Also, Luis was extremely accommodating and handled all our problems without much complications.
  : * the cleanliness of the property - the first apartment we got was very unclean and had a lot of mould, especially in the bathroom. There was a really bad foul smell throughout the apartment. The pillow covers on the sofa did not seem washed since ages, the whites were more like brown in color. * the windows are non existent. There is zero insulation and what happens on the street can be easily heard inside the apartment.
