  : annoying emails before arrival. annoying stuff upon arrival. annoying talks avout tye proof of payment ( reservation made from business account).We booked for business putpises vut we took also an 11 years child with us. The booking site forgot to send this detail to tye property. I asked for the invoice repedeatly. Just before I was about to make a claim to the Portuguese Ministry of finance tge invouce arrived.They asjed for city tax in cash n arrival. On the invoice they put cleaning services.The water inside the shower covered my ankles. Tge upper bedroom is for dwarfs, so, you cannot stand if you are vet 1.80m tall.

  : First of all very rude personal, dont want to make their job. On my questions they answered me that they didnt understand me. You need to go to the reception first for taking keys and than you need find you apartment in the different area. And its like quest. They didnt say us the floor and how we can find the door of our apartment. It was 10 pm so they dont work at this time and dont answer on messages. So we were trying to find the apartment about an hour. Also they didnt give us the second keys, said that its in the apartment but its not true. There are no kettle, linens for 4 people (just for 2), no rugs on the walls in bathrooms in the apartment. They actually didnt give us bags for trash. Very cold inside but there is only one good warmer, the second doesnt work. The apartment was clean and the area is good but it was bad experience. Dont recommend Lovely Stay at all.
