: Contains everything that might be needed (equipped kitchen, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and even a toaster)
: 1. Preregistration activities: after a taken confirmation on Booking it was received a notification that you have to pass a verification within 24 hours otherwise it would be canceled (!). You have to record a video by turning your head in accordance with instructions, repeat numbers and make a photo together with passport. Deep fake usage? Hope, no. Okay.... done. 24 hours left and no response from the service. Would it be canceled or passed? 2. Additional fees outside of Booking services, then again additional verification process by uploading passports per each person (mentioned a contract, but not taken even SIBA) 3. [SCAM?] A day before check-in received a message that I have to cancel my accommodation "We regret to inform you that your reservation will no longer be able to be accommodated on your selected dates due to the fact that we will not manage this property anymore and the owner requested to cancel all reservations. It was just flagged to us and we are informing you right away. We are terribly sorry about it and we hope you understand our intention has always been to host you. We would appreciate it if you could cancel this reservation...." 3.1. By forwarding them to resolve that issue directly with Booking, it was suddenly resolved 4. Isolation is the worst that I've seen before. Weak door with huge gaps all around: wake up from the opening doors of the neighbors and at the entrance. Floor as a single plank: wake up from walking neighbors (and the same from your side for those who downstairs). Marked as "children of any age are allowed" but you would constantly receive messages that they're too loud (sometimes children are crying without any reason)

: We never spoke to Joaquim nor did we meet him. his flat is managed by some company Houst to which we were forded to pay additional fees for the reservation to be completed. for the sofa bed there was no duvet. an SMS was not returned. later they claimed that some thin decorative red bed cover was in replacemtnof the duvet which the cleaning personal left when taking the duvet away for cleaning. too bad, Joachim
