  : The hotel is a set of individual villas located in a secluded corner of the island. It is very quiet and serene. There is a pool with sea view with hydromassage at the reception (but be mindful you need a cap to swim in there, because somehow they don't allow doing so without it). There is also a private beach with a view on the volcano. The shuttle runs to and from the town center every other hour, and the hotel also arranged a shuttle to pick us up from the ferry port, and to bring our bags to the city center upon departure. Overall, a good value for money with a few tweaks that could be improved. The hotel offers a simple Italian breakfast (brioche & coffee) for an extra fee.
  : There was no Wifi and 4G connection in our room, so no internet unless you go to the reception (circa 150m away from our villa). Not a problem if you want a quiet getaway and digital detox, but something to be mindful of as we didn't pay attention to this when choosing the hotel and assumed it will be available by default. There is a fridge in the room, but no curtesy bottled water was offered, so we had to go back to the town center which was circa 3km away from the hotel to buy some - again, not ideal, but something you can prepare for in advance unlike us. Make sure you bring a cap if you want to use the pool, or you will need to buy one at the reception.
