  : I really liked hotel staff at reception. They were all very nice and helpful. I lost my card to to the room and they replaced it without any issues. I liked that room was specious and there was a fridge for my soda :). Breakfast is very yummy. Location is brilliant, just beside the canal and 5 minutes walk to the main square and 15 minutes walk to the Central railway station.
  : When I made my booking I requested a room on higher floor. I got a response that they will do their best to book me such room. When checking in I was told I need to pay additionally if I want a room on higher floor. I just skipped. Also I got a room with a view to a street and not a canal but well, I guess it's just my luck. I don't like that room is not cleaned at all if you don't request it yourself. Also you don't have a kettle in your room.

  : Booked a 3 person room, got a 2 person room with an extra mattress which was uncomfortabke to sleep on and made it a bit cramped in the room
