Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform ApartDirect Linköping Arena in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Note that 3 days before arrival, you will receive an email from ApartDirect Linköping Arena with check-in instructions. A reminder via SMS will be sent 1 day before arrival.

If you book close to your arrival day, you will receive payment instructions from ApartDirect Linköping Arena by email.

Please note that only final cleaning is included. Additional cleaning during your stay must be booked in advance.

If your reservation is for longer than a week, cleaning and change of bed linen takes place once a week.

After booking, the property may request a photocopy of the guest’s passport prior to check-in to secure the reservation.

Guests under the age of 20 can only check in if travelling as part of a family.

The property cannot accept cash as a method of payment.

Please note that visitors are not allowed in the complex unless it is agreed with the property in advance. Only the guests themselves can use the facilities.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
