  : Bed was very comfortable and shower had enough hot water and constant flow.
  : Concur with other on the noise factor. Street noise and motorcycle garage right by the garden was beyond reasonable Contactless checkin and no answering of emails, not even when to leave the city tax makes me wonder if this is a front.

  : The location was perfect and the possibility to park the car.
  : The attitude of the staff and the room full of dust, as now Im with severe allergic reaction on my eyes.

  : Really nice common area with a patio and small outdoor space. Very close to the train station which was convenient to visit the Cinque Terre. No need to enter the town itself by car, with free parking next to the hotel. The room was simple and comfortable.
  : The street behind the hotel was a bit noisy so we could hear traffic and the church bells very early in the morning. Insulation was not optimal between the rooms.

  : The room was good, nothing special but comfortable and spacious. There was a big, lovely backyard with lots of plants and a coffee machine with free coffee. The location was a short walk from the center and the train station, perfect to get to Cinque Terre quickly.
  : When I arrived I had not received any instructions on how to check in and there was no reception. When I called, the employee who answered was somewhat irritable and the instructions one how to retrieve the keys were wrong which she only believed after I told her multiple times. The whole situation wasn't very welcoming. There were no instructions on the Wifi, so I had to find out myself. The Wifi in my room was very bad, in the backyard it was good, though. Otherwise, I had no problems.
