  : The hotel is immaculate and elegant. Breakfast is outstandingstaff are helpful and friendly. The pool area js lovely. Views pretty. Rooms spaciousshuttle bus is convenient.
  : its a shame they dont provide lunch and dinner also. The aircon shuts off every time you open the door which a. become irritating.

  : The people doing the shuttles were really nice, the staff at the hotel was friendly as well. The hotel has a great view but it is a little far from everywhere so you are very dependant of the shuttle that has a time schedule. Breakfast is nice as well.
  : When we got there I felt the refrigerator was not working, I asked about it and I was told that it was working that it was the coldest it would go (which was room temperature). The air conditioner is controlled by the hotel and pre set to 25 celcius (77 F) which in my room never got to 25C so we spent every single night sweating. Again I asked about it and the answer was that it was working fine and we were given a fan. I was told that no one had that problem and from the look at the thermostat you can clearly see that people almost broke it pressing the down temperature button that of course would not work since it is pre set at 25C. I really felt uncomfortable asking for anything else as those two very basic things I asked for were completely ignored and I was given an attitude as if I was bothering too much. The shuttle schedule is really bad since there is only one shuttle almost every hour and then there is a gap in the shuttle from 11:15 am to 4:50 pm, there is no shuttle at those times. Again worst part is the AC. Hotel advertizes as having AC but you can not control it, you pay for the AC but don't really have access to it and I felt that it was very disrespectful to be given a fan as to say, just take this and stop bothering. If posible I will add a picture of the pre set thermostat with the beat up down temperature button and a picture of the fan. Also, king bed is made of two twin beds so there is a gap in the middle that trust me, your back will feel it in the morning.

  : Great view! Piece and quite, but still well located. Convenient shuttle bus system, we were by car but didnt bother to take it out at all. Pool and breakfast were excellent!
  : No food, besides the breakfast. It would have been perfect if some snacks were available.

  : We had spent the previous three days at a 5 star resort. Fabulous, historic place. Honestly, Hotel Al Terra Di Mare was as fabulous in it's own way---just not as historic! Our room at Hotel Al Terra Di Mare was quite large, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Impeccably clean. Staff was lovely and gracious. Complimentary breakfast was a delicious and sumptuous banquet. Our little balcony looked over incredible mountainsides and small villages. Best shower of our trip! I guess it is 4 star instead of 5 because it isn't a 500 year old villa. It's a very homey, charming hotel run by a caring family. Recommend!

  : Far away from downtown-but in August, which is jam packed holiday month, that can be a good thing!
