  : The hotel and staff were lovely. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast which were excellent. Shuttlebus is invaluable especially as the weather wasn't great and the option not to walk back was gratefully received. Pickup was within a few minutes of calling each time.

  : The staff were all so friendly, the common area were all so clean, lovely pool & spa. The shuttle service was excellent, the staff were always so obliging to drop us to Levant & to pick us up. Train station was a 5 minute walk downhill.
  : A small bit disappointed with the breakfast.

  : The staff especially the gentlemen at reception are amazing. They are friendly and welcoming I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again. The shuttle bus to different locations is a bonus and the fact that they will pick you up as well is fantastic.

  : Room was great- We booked a Suite with a king bed and it was HUGE! It was basically like a mini apartment. It was just me and my husband staying but we could've easily fit 3 more people with the pullet couch and other couch in the "living room" area. It would be awesome for a family with kids- both rooms also had huge balcony's and the bathroom was a good size and everything was clean. We also booked a King bed which was very true to size and comfy. The Staff was also super helpful and friendly - spent a lot of time telling us about the different towns, best ways to explore the towns, spots to eat etc. and was always there with the shuttle when we needed it. The spa seemed really nice but we didn't pay for any services. The pool area and chairs/towels were great to have and the pool was super cold which was nice in the 100 degree summer Italy temperatures. We explored Riomaggiore, Manarola, Monterroso, Vernazza etc and really liked staying in Levanto the "6th city" because it's so much less populated and touristy then the others while still having very easy and quick access to explore the other areas.
  : The location is kind of a pain. We didn't realize there was a shuttle from the train station to our hotel when we first arrived so we walked from the train (15 min) up to the hotel through the gravelly countryside/trees which was a trek especially at 95 degrees- wish the hotel would've let us know about the shuttle in advance. Once you use their shuttle service, it's great because the hotel is very accomodating to pick ups/scheduling around the train. Levanto is 5 min away from the next stop and you can easily see all 5 towns within Cinque Terre by the train line. Shuttle service takes 5-10 min from hotel to the train stop. Also, the noise from the AC unit in our bedroom was very annoying - could not sleep one night, had to turn on my sound machine noises. AC also said it could go down to 19 celsius but it never got lower than 22.3 which is 72 degrees farenheight. The faculty was really nice in trying to help us fix this but it still never got down to a lower level. We usually sleep at a cooler temperature so just something we had to adjust to.
