  : Location was excellent, the host was very friendly and the flat was nice and spacious
  : Some of the amenities (sofa, living room door, toilet paper holder, etc) were a bit warn, the flat was not sparkling clean and the stay overall was not cheap.

  : I liked the location and the space of the apartment, it has two toilets and the bedrooms were very spacious.
  : A few things weren't working and the place wasn't very clean, on the surface it looks clean but it needs a deep clean.

  : It was easy to book the apartment and the owner/host was helpful and very communicative. The apartment is comfortable (including the beds!) and well equipped, and it was in an excellent location for getting around Leicester - quiet at the apartment but close to restaurants and cafes and bus lines.
  : The bedrooms were a little bit too warm with no way to open the windows to cool it off (we didn't have the heating on), and there was a sour smell mostly in the kitchen that didn't go away during our stay but that may have been taken care of since. But neither of these detracted much from our stay - we were quite happy and comfortable in the apartment and would rent again.
