: The bed was so incredibly comfy and the room was spacious. I loved how they had managed to incorporate period features into a contemporary, luxurious decor. The room and bathroom were both clean and the shower was a delight with enough levers to keep a steam engineer happy. It was perfectly located for a wander around the cathedral area, with a variety of restaurants and bars nearby. All in all we had a wonderful stay here.
: Not a dislike, more an observation. The room we stayed in #2, had two entrances into the bathroom, which was quite quirky, but neither had a door onto them so while visually it was private, sound wise not so much. As a married couple, it didn't bother us but may bother some others.

: Fantastic location, the room was set up beautifully. Parking included and we were able to leave our car while looking around Leicester after checking out.
: Very warm, though a fan was supplied. The room was small, only one set of towels for 2 of us.

: Centrally located, wonderful staff and beautiful decor.
: Views from the room were of a brick wall. The windows only opened slightly and the room was like an oven. Even with the fan on all night, we had to sleep on the top of the covers. It was really uncomfortable.

: The furnishings were very modern and high quality and the bed was comfortable. Addition of a Nescafé coffee machine is nice and the room was cleaned to a great standard each day. Equally the property is in the nicest part of Leicester city centre so a short walk to nice eateries etc. Parking included is also a bonus. Water pressure was great in the shower.
: The room was absolutely boiling, we were provided an additional Dyson fan to the one already in the room but do note that there is no air conditioning. It was hotter in the room than it was outside which made the first night quite unbearable, the double room bed feels small when it’s that hot. We did try to upgrade to a bigger room but unfortunately the hotel was full. Not everything worked on the TV for example, we couldn’t look at a full TV guide so just flicked through without knowing what was on. The design of the shelf above the sink in the bathroom does not work, you can’t splash your face or rinse your mouth without getting it all over the floor.
