Wonderful
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : the room was very nice and clean, it had a tea/coffee station as well as bottled water, biscuits and clean towels. the whole venue is very nicely decorated and self check-in was quick.
  : my only issue was the ringing of the clock tower every half an hour, which isn't up to the hotel but can be hard to deal with for light sleepers. the hotel provided ear plugs. another thing is that the door to the bathroom and bedroom did not close properly.

  : Lovely large rooms, nice facilities and handy extras like a coffee machine and fridge. Great little car park included in the price and brilliant central location.
  : Rooms were too hot so had to open windows and the clock tower (as advised) was noisy every 15 mins through the night, as were the people in the room above me who were clearly enjoying themselves ALL night (all I can say is well done for stamina).

  : Room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. Tv was very good as it had Netflix on it.
  : The room was filthy, there was black mould on the bath headrest, the window makes a constant banging noise and there no way of stopping it, empty bottles (that werent ours) under the bed, out of date biscoff biscuits by more than a month, very noisy location.

  : Pre arrival notifications of various codes to get in were clear and easy to understand. Very central. Near to sites, shopping, and wide variety of feeding/drinking places. Very clean. Room was extremely spacious. Bed very comfy. Staff we met in the morning were very helpful.
  : Difficult to find. Directions to the car park were, no help at all - literally ages driving circles in a complicated one way system (possibly made worse by numerous road closures). We tried to get some better directions, but the helpline went to voicemail. When we found the rooms, the man on the door had no clue where the car park was. Found it after walking around for a while. Had actually passed entrance a few times - needs much better signage Room was cold on arrival - eventually warmed when heating finally kicked in and not a problem thereafter. If you're not ok with street noise at night, it could be a problem - but ear plugs were supplied

  : We were at a dinner in the rooms downstairs so this was very convenient, though getting all the access codes to garage and bedrooms was problematic.The meal and service was excellent. Our room was a good size and pleasantly furnished.
  : This is not the choice for anyone with even mild mobility problems. Very steep steps to rooms and a high sided bath for the shower. Bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy throughout the night, mostly from people dealing with refuse below our window as late as between 4-5am!A luggage stand for suitcases would be helpful and a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom.
