  : It was not clean at all. The staff did not answer while chatting through Booking messages. The facilities were too old. The front door of the hotel was locked and it was hard to get in for the first time if nobody waits for you. The internet connection was too bad.

  : Didn't like anything!!!
  : Everything was bad - they put my family in a smaller room despite us paying for a bigger room and then refused to switch us!!! My poor parents had the worst sleep the entire trip and felt so ill because of it. There is barely anyone at reception to help out and the breakfast is extremely basic - nothing to write home about. We felt so uncomfortable the whole time. Do not book this accommodation. What's worse is that my family wrote a bad review and the hotel only posted the good part of the review, not the bad - what a scam!!!

  : Th location was good and the breakfast of coffee and croissants was good
  : I had booked a superior quadruple room, which was more expensive than a triple room. We were traveling with our adult daughter and wanted a comfortable room with more space than what the triple offered. The description of the quadruple room seemed ideal and we were happy to pay for it. When we arrived, we were given a small and uncomfortable triple room. The beds were creaky camp cots which swayed and creaked with every movement. We mentioned this at reception, on a daily basis after every sleepless night. Finally on the last two days of the stay they allocated us the quadruple room that we had actually booked. So we ended up paying for the quadruple room for 5 nights, but could actually use it for two nights. We messaged the property owner, that the least he could do was to refund us the difference in price between the quadruple and triple room, but he largely ignored our messages. I got one reply saying that no one else complained about the triple room and that was that. To not keep up with his part of the contract, which was to give us the room we paid for was totally dishonest. And to not offer any explanation or an apology is disrespectful to the paying customer. I would also advise him to do a bit more for the comfort of his future clients, like giving them clean towels and some basic toiletries and replace lights that have fused. Very basic requirements.
