  : Oh my god what a hotel / castle / palace. As soon as I approached the whole area I started smiling but I realised as soon as I stepped inside the first salon of the reception that I had done a good job in choosing this place. A truly authentically antique palazzo. You immediately find yourself catapulted back in time and wonderfully so in a dreamy way. Elegant hallways, gorgeous little gardens, grand and princely decorations, and service in a totally sincere manner and not fake or forced. Bravi a tutti !! The room was simply elegant and though i could hear slightly the music of an event going on it was totally not a problem and actually it was wonderful and romantic music. The tower is magical - all 4 storeys. The breakfast was interesting and different. But overall the ambience was simply a fairytale.
  : Strangely enough different from other guests I was slightly underwhelmed by the breakfast! For some reason I expected a buffet of some sort although I knew an element of it was meant to be plated. However it was all plated. The food was excellent and tasted originally different (i took the greek menu). And I was indeed full after the five little plates. Really a minor issue however. And the man serving the breakfast was wonderful and the garden was impeccable. I would however add an item or two just to be abit on a par with the grand hotels. Otherwise everything was magical. (yes do be prepared that ultimately this is an events place and when I was there there were actually four events! but that didn't bother me the least - you will have ample time in between events to go discover the hidden hallways :))

  : The hotel exudes a unique charm. The common spaces are lovely and the rooms were spacious and immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Francesca! Breakfast was bountiful!
  : The only downside to the hotel was there was no bar in the evening to grab something. It only has 9 rooms, so I understand, but would have been a nice addition.

  : Breakfast over complicated and wasnt impressed. They try and go all out but it worked against them. The place more of an event place not a hotel. Also issues over parking at the start didnt help

  : Nothing to dislike. Finding the entrance in the dark something of a challenge though! Staff very helpful about parking and recommending restaurants.

  : The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Bathroom was large and toiletries adequate.
  : There were some ants in the room but we attributed this to the fact that the property has a large outdoor space with trees and vegetation which our room overlooked. Breakfast was good however we were surprised to learn that we had to pre-book our choice a day in advance and that no buffet was available, contrary to the photos we had seen on booking.com. When we queried this with staff we were told that the management had decided to stop offering a buffet service post-COVID.
