  : The staff was polite and helpful. The location is excellent, the room is clean, spacious, well equipped and even offers a good TV screen with international channels like Sky and Netflix.
  : There are actually two things I would like to mention. The bed, or rather the mattress, in the apartment should be renewed in my opinion. Another thing that is a subject for improvement is the entrance to the building. Perhaps this area is outside the reach of the hotel keeper but it is rather shabby.

  : Breakfast served every morning to your door. The host was so welcoming and kind! He really goes out of his way to help you and assist to bring your bags in and out.
  : The amphitheatre was under construction and the view was obstructed. Parking was 15 euros per day and a bit of a walk from the hotel.

  : The most exceptional host : that is Sveva ! Very polite, so attentive to my needs: helped me to find park, helped wit unloading the lagguato, she replied to my texts within seconds, truly an exceptional host

  : Everything - a bonus to perfect location, the accommodation was above the best gelato/coffee/cake/sandwich shop around. Apart from calories what's not to like?
  : It is not a question of didn't like but I felt communication could have been better. Example: if I had had the name of the bus stop I needed on arrival and not the location it would have been a lot easier.

  : Great location overlooking main square. Breakfast order/delivery time taken when we checked in. Good quality breakfast, local pastries. Bedrooms at back of flat, so no noise from main square. Flat is in centre of city, so we knew we couldn't park near it - Member of staff who checked us in came to meet us, allowed us to drop of bags and check in, then took us to nearby car park .
  : It is a town house flat situated in a building with offices and a school. We were fine with that, but would have preferred to know before booking.

  : The location was perfect overlooking the amphitheatre. The team wete extremely welcoming and even helped us with parking. The breakfast was very good. Lecce is a must for anyone in the area. The apartment was massive.
  : My only problem was with the shower, which was a bit tricky to use and not much pressure.
