  : The host was simply amazing (she gave us tips and was extremely responsive). The checkin and checkout were smooth.The apartment is really spacious (we were not expecting that based on the pictures uploaded on the website) and its location is 10/10.Plus, the terraces provided an amazing view over the old city centre. We would recommend it for people looking for an authentic Italian vibe.
  : Cleanliness of the bathrooms and the common areas (as this is a large apartment, we assumed it is quite difficut to be thorough). The bathrooms would've required some extra cleaning and some of the furniture was dusty. However, bedrooms (including the linen and bathroom towels) were clean.

  : The apartment was very spacious. The showers had stable hot water and good pressure. There were multiple balconies and a rooftop area to enjoy the good weather.
  : The apartment is in a "limited traffic zone" so you can't get close to it by car unless you want to be fined. I don't think that was mentioned anywhere until I called the host when arriving at the zone entrance. We are used to not wearing shoes at home so it quickly became apparent that the floors were quite dirty. In general, it was an apartment past its prime.
