: - very central location - the rooms are in the ground floor of the villa around a central room, where the lobby is and where you can take breakfast. - there is a very nice garden with orange trees and a nice seating are in front of each room - breakfast was great - personal very nice, helped to find a driver for a day trip to Otranto

: Stunning building with private pool and gardens attached to the old wall surrounding Lecce. Fabulous location.. very peaceful and tranquil. Our suite was large and airy with a lovely ensuite with fluffy towels ..The breakfast was served on a private patio amongst the foliage and flowers outside our room . Melena was very helpful and a good hostess. Melana got us a super taxi driver Thomas to collect us from airport. .. we felt very welcome and comfortable. .. only 4 guest suites.. Totally private.
: A little trouble with the air con.. probably my fault... also ypu could hear early morning noise from.the lobby as breakfast being set upDid notbbother us as we are early risers
