  : The places is more like AirBnb than B&B. Theres nobody on the property during the stay at the check in somebody came gave keys and instructions and left.

  : I think that booking .com should look at the rating as my two month holiday to a close in Italy and we have stayed in over 21 places and none have have been miss represented as the Butterfly B& B. His introduction was hurried, the on site parking was miss represented and we parked in the street, we were never told we were sharing the unit with others, there was no jug or something to boil the water in, there was no plates, no cutlery and definitely no where for multiple guests to sit or to eat. The air conditioner in our room the heating takes hours and not real warm, Nothing like the booking showed. Very disappointed. Col

  : There was a kitchen that we could use but not one single pan to warm water for kaffe because the kaffe machine in thekitchen was useless,in the kitchen cabinets, no one single plate no nothing ,empty! !breakfast was included in cafeteria near by which includes a single kaffe and a piece of cake the street was very noisy because of a restaurant right across the street .

  : Spacious, clean, great shower, quiet location only a 10 minute walk to the old town. Nice continental breakfast provided in a local cafe included in price. Near to circular bus line (japigia-croce bus stop) which made our transfer from train station on arrival and our transfer to city terminal on departure via public transport very easy.
  : Some confusion re check in but got resolved quickly following a phone call with host. Booked a room with a balcony but the room we got did not have a balcony.
