  : So even though we have some negative comments we really enjoyed our stay and generally would rate it very positivelyThe apartment is very well designed in terms of space use - large quiet bedroom with dark blinds letting us sleep in till lateThe whole open hallway/kitchen/sitting/dining room is a great space. Kitchen is large and functional - so much storage! Really impressed. It was also equipped with all necessities like tea, coffee, sugar and salt. Big fridge with freezer compartment and even a bag of ice. The quality of tap water was great, we didn't buy any bottled water. Cute dining table and two comfortable couches to chill out. There is TV with Netflix so you can log in if you have your account and watch it like back home. This was really very appreciated as it let us have few cosy movie nights inThere was enough space to work out/yoga every dayThe balcony is large and we image it's a nice place to have a meal or drink in the summer.The apartment is very warm even with the heating off. We loved underfloor heating It was great to have wasching machine! And all little goodies in bathroom like cotton pads, shower gel, body milk...The staff was very responsive to any messages - we asked for hangers as there were only 3. They arrived next day with a small Christmas candle as a gift. We had issues with internet, they immediately responded and helped to restore connection.The location is fantastic - right in the middle of Krakow but surprisingly quiet. Opposite to big shopping centre and main train/bus station. 10 minutes walk to the old square and 20 minutes walk to Old Jewish district.
  : We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back, but there were few problems.There was no instructions or a proper welcome pack info left for us to understand how everything works and where it's stored in the apartment (heating, extra towels and bed linens, internet troubleshooting etc.) We walked into apartment set up for two people but we booked for 4. Only accidentally we found a hidden storage room where the extra towels, bed linens were left. If that information was left for us we wouldn't have a near panic attack at 1am in the morning after long travel.The main bed is extremely uncomfortable. It's big, but rather low and instead of having one proper mattress, it's fitted with two very low quality soft mattresses. We constantly found yourself falling into a hole in the middle and waking up with sore backs. One of side lamps wasnt working, not a big issue but should be easy to spot and rectify.There was no wardrobe in the bedroom and only very small one in the hall. Just big enough for winter coats. We found a clothes rail in hidden storage, but unfortunately it was mostly blocked by broken couch/lunge stored there. Bathroom doesn't have any storage either, not even a hanger for towelsWe were quite disappointed there was not a hint of any even smallest christmas decoration. No spirit of holiday season at all, we went out and got our own decorations, so we could enjoy more our long stay (2 weeks)

  : Very nice inside- stylish tasteful interior. Sofa bed mattress was comfortable to sleep onHigh level apartment- with great ventilation and felt very safeGreat location close to old town
  : No reception to temporarily store luggage before and after check out time.No staff on site- had questions about internet which stopped working one night but we had no one to ask. It resumed by itself the next day. The showers need fixing- lots of flooding as there is no door to the shower. Water leaked everywhere on the bathroom floor and there is no water drainage hole on the bathroom floor too. We dried it by using lots of towels on the ground to soak up the water

  : Location was fantastic. It was a spacious apartment and well planned. Good to have a laundry machine available. The fact that we had a parking space right in the building was a bonus.
  : The apartment would need better maintenancef: the sofa was extremely dirty, some of the kitchen appliances had rest of food, the painting was not hanged on the wall, some of the blinds in the windows didn’t work properly.
