: While you don't meet any staff they were responsive via the booking.com messaging. The apartment was very nice and clean!
: The apartment was on a busy and noisy street. The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable (even compared to other pull out sofa beds).

: Apartment had a washer and dryer which was really appreciated
: I had a hard time locating the apartment because Google points me to another location and instructions were to enter from a certain street but I could not locate in the rainy evening. The 6 digit pin code didn't work when I finally found the apartment and had to message for help. The TV worked only one out of four nights (team wanted to help me but I think previously someone gave feedback before on the tv and it should have been resolved). Apartment is on first floor and I hear a lot of traffic noise.

: The location was perfect and quite convenient check-in. Apartment was clean and well maintained in a peaceful neighborhood. Ample appliances for cooking and grooming. Definitely recommend for couples and families.
: Only the media - Wifi and television - was not working.
