  : This wasn't the apartment I booked! They stated that there are different locations for the apartments, but I assumed that they would have been in the Old Town. The address Rakowicka 14a Street, wasn't in the Old Town and we had to walk 15/20 mins to get there! I have a condition which impacts my walking (severe fatigue and muscle and joint pain), which is why I booked the accommodation in the Old Town! This also cause a lot of distress and confusion for the taxi company, as they had a different address. My husband spent 2 hours on the phone trying to sort it, I sent 2 emails, 4 phone calls and 3 texts messages. In the end we decided that as long as the taxi will pick us up at 8.30am to take us to the airport, then we would walk 15/20 mins to the other address in the Old Town. In the morning just before we were leaving our apartment I received a message asking us for the address we wish to be pick up at!!! So after all that we were picked up at the apartment we were staying in. A lot of stress was caused unnecessarily.

  : The apartment was fine for few days, had everything you need for making dinner too. Quiet area, and you can see the Castle. Communication was good.
  : No blackout blinds, we could not sleep at all as waking up with light from 6am and if you go on holidays to relax and rest, this was not good at all. I also had some issues with the location, as originally looked for different area to stay and then as the owner had multiple apartments the location was given a day before the arrival and I had some issue for booking and change the address for my cab transfer. Therefore maybe add booking listing with correct address?

  : Great location. There are plenty of places for breakfast around. Close to the old town and not far from the train station
  : The bed is sheltered against the wall on three sides. The old mattress is not the same over time

  : There was two thin spiders , not scary but just uncomfortable to get rid off .

  : The location was truly amazing and the apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean. Very good value for money. The instructions for self check-in and check-out were clear.
  : The kitchen had dirty coffee mugs, very scratched from use. The apartment did not have good sound isolation, you can hear anyone walking in the staircase outside of the apartment during the night.
