  : Very nicely furnished apartment with visible signs of use. Clean and safe garage. Nice walk to the center Krakow (30 min). Arranged walking and cycling path along the Wisla river and to the town. Great apartment location for further daily car trips.
  : No contact with the staff, as pick-up and delivery of Keys are in the designated place. The email is answered late (24 hours or need to be called to wait for a reply). They are not coordinated with the answers, as they provide one on the Phone and you get another answer in writing. At the end we came to an agreement, but with a lot of calls, writing also to booking for help.

  : We could not use garage since remote control for entering was missing. After 3 calls, they provided remote control next morning but we had to pay parking till that moment. Also we had to pay roaming phone costs around 20 EUR. They did not want to reduce the price, so we had to pay for their mistake

  : Location is perfect, appartment is clean. Lot of shops and restaurants in the area.
  : We booked for 6 nights and policy is that for 7 days you get only 1 towel pro person. When you ask for an extra towel you need to pay 10 euros! So, you have to use the washing machine and hope the towel will be dry again quickly. Also, there is no cleaning cloth or dishcloth. They describe you don't need to bring anything, but that's not true!

  : - some wear & tear noticeable- very limited kitchen equipment- limited supplies (one dishwasher capsule, one roll of kitchen roll for 5 day stay, no dishsoap)

  : WARNING! The company will scam you out of your money anywhere from 20 euros pretending to be doing currency conversation which nobody asks them. So if the apartment cost 250 euros they will charge you 270 euros without asking and you cannot revert the process. Stay away and avoid any apartments from this company renters.pl - they are not willing to refund, they are not willing to talk, you cannot call them (answering machine) and a auto bot is doing half the work in the booking chat saying the same thing over and over. Very unpleasent experience but they dont care, they just want to grab as much money as they can.
  : Such companys need to be banned from sites like these as they cast a horrible shadow on booking.com brand. Be vigilant!
