  : Location was close to shopping centre.
  : No milk for coffee in the room, not even sachets. No fresh eggs for breakfast. Just cold, powdered scrambled eggs. No privacy in showers by the swimming pool. Changing rooms are practically joined for both men and women and no shower cubicles. TV unable to get anything other than Polish channels.

  : it was the worst. really poor service. one night we had a fire alarm and the whole hotel needed to be evacuated. it turned out, that there was a wedding and one of the guests activated the alarm on purpose. when all guests left the hotel, there was nobody waiting, you had the impression that nobody felt responsible. nobody checked, if all guests from all rooms were outside the building. there was no meeting point or something like that. all you could see was the fire department and all the guests. after some time, we realized that a lot of guests reentered the hotel. but there was no official information by the hotel. the staff did go back into the hotel and worked at the reception as if nothing had happened. everybody had to go to them and ask for further information by themself. nobody talked to us or told us that the alarm was made on purpose and we could go back to rooms and that everything was fine. the staff - again - did not feel responsible for the guests. it is the worst behaviour i have ever experienced in a hotel. also: everybody had to be evacuated, but the wedding guests. they could party as if nothing had happened. i am really shocked by this hotel and its personal. i can only recommend to not book this hotel. there are plenty of better places!

  : Hotel was clean, staff was nice. Breakfast was good, tasty and fast. Wide selection of food, good tea.
  : I did not like the mattress on the bed which was very uncomfortable. Instead of a fridge there was something like a camping fridge - which was not working at all. All the staff was very kind as mentioned, with the exception of the lady in the wellness area. I really missed the bathrobe, and "spa flip flops". Compared to other 4stars hotels where I have been I would classify this one a 3,5stars hotel.
