  : The apartment had almost everything you need for living. The apartment was clean. There was enough bedding. There was enough light in the apartment. It was quiet enough.
  : I was traveling by car and informed the property that I needed a parking space. The day before my arrival, I received instructions on how to get the keys and get into the apartment. The instructions described that there should be a remote control to the gate of the underground parking near the TV. But there was no remote control in the room. I contacted customer support. They advised me to look better! A few hours later, the property sent me a message that the key was allegedly lost by the previous tenant, and they also said that they were sorry. I had to pay an additional 40 zloty per day for parking, as well as look for a free place, and in the evening it is not so easy. This unfortunate situation slightly spoiled the vacation. When I left the apartment, I opened the lockbox and found a remote control there. Property just quietly put the remote there and didn't even inform me about it. On my request to compensate me for my expenses, I was offered to write a complaint And that's all I got from their side.
