  : I used only the room for one night and we had a triple room and was great.
  : The way that the staff was serving us at the table and the cash payment obligation was very rude. After speaking with the owner we received a payment link on email and we payed in 1min .

  : The size of the room was nice with a comfy couch and quality shower.
  : We booked a room with a terrace but upon arrival this was not the case. After discussing this at the reception they stated that contrary on what was mentioned on Booking.com, the room we booked did not have a terrace and that there was nothing they could do about this. They only speak Czech and German, no English. When we spoke the owner of the hotel his response was that this was the room we would get and if we did not like it we could check out and go somewhere else. No apologies of any kind. Worst customer service we have experienced in a while.

  : First of all, they tried to cancel my booking for full price without my notice. Luckily this was prevented by booking.com customer service. It is a big hotel, still you can only pay cash. They charge for everything, also parking, while the hotel is not on walking distance from anything worth visiting. All wellness is expensive and time restricted even the swimming pool. Only a few staff members speak English or German. The room was above the smoking terrace, as non-smokers it was very unpleasant that smoke was blowing into the room. Balcony is too small to even sit on. Dog costs 400czk per night, which is not shown anywhere and expensive (+- 4 times as much) compared to other stays.
