  : The location is fantastic. It literally can't get any better than this one. The flat is very well renovated and equipped. Also very quiet.
  : 1:the owner doesn't speak English and the check-in was a bit troublesome, especially if you arrive by car. Although I already did online check-in in advance, there were no instructions provided on check-in process. There was no reception. The street does not allow cars. so we had to stop and call the owner. Parking lot was a bit far from hotel and charged 15EUR/night. 2: the room was very clean and new, which is a shame that the carpet in the living room was unbelievably dirty, completely covered in hairs and dust. It seems that it was used by some pet owners and then the carpet was never cleaned. 3: another problem was the bath tub. The moment we started the bubble function the water was filled with yellow disgusting residues so we had to give up taking a bath. Also please consider having a shower room or at least a glass cover on the bath. taking a shower in the bath flooded almost half of the bathroom.
